Is it really free?
Yes. No ads, no paid plan, nothing to upgrade to. If it saves you some hassle, you can chip in to help keep it that way.
Do I need an account?
No. Organizers confirm a sheet from an email, and after that your browser remembers you. On another device, the link in any of our emails gets you back in. People signing up just type their name and email.
What can I use it for?
Volunteer shifts, concessions, snack schedules, carpools, meal trains, potlucks. Anything where people pick a slot or say what they’re bringing.
How is this different from SignUpGenius?
No accounts for anyone, no ads, nothing to pay for, and a super clean design. Make a sheet, share one link, done.
What’s Potluck Mode?
Instead of picking a slot, each person writes in what they’re bringing. Add categories like Mains and Sides if you want them, and leave Spots blank for no limit.
How do reminders work?
Everyone signed up gets one email the day before the event, with their slots and the link to make changes.
How do I change or cancel my signup?
Use the link in your confirmation email. Lost it? “Already signed up? Find your link” above sends it again.
Who can see my name?
The public sheet shows first names and last initials. The organizer sees your full name, email, and note.
Can I put it on a flyer?
Yes. Every sheet has a printable poster with a QR code that opens the sheet.
How long do sheets stay up?
Sheets and everything on them are deleted 90 days after the event.
